1. Hardware Products
● Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for manufacturing
defects only.
● Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of
purchase.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is
defective or incorrect.
2. Software Products
● Software licenses are non-refundable once issued, unless there is a verified
technical fault that cannot be resolved within 30 days.
● Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but are non-refundable for the current
billing period.
3. Services
● Service fees (installation, commissioning, consulting) are non-refundable once
services have been delivered.
● If a service cannot be delivered due to our inability, we will issue a full or partial
refund based on the work completed.
4. Refund Process
● To request a refund, please contact our Support Team at support@makpower.com
within the applicable period.
● Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14
business days.
5. Exemptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
● Custom-engineered solutions
● Special order items
● Consumables such as batteries once installed or activated
